Then, Adam discusses the importance of resetting your body with cold pool plunges or hot saunas. After that, Adam points out something that nobody is talking about within the Ma’Khia Bryant video. Comedian Ron Funches joins the show next and Adam asks him about his appearance in The Last Blockbuster documentary. Ron talks about losing weight, doing stand up shows again, and taking his son to see Mortal Kombat for his 18th birthday.
