John Perrotto of Pittsburgh Baseball Now isn't gaining optimism in the Pirates

John doesn't think the Pirates have done nearly enough this offseason to add offense and more help in free agency. Paul Skenes said he hasn't thought about a long-term deal and there haven't really been any discussions. John likes the Pirates rotation but wants them to sign a veteran starter.
