Mental clutter can create anxiety and overwhelm while emotional clutter of not acknowledging our emotions can create bad habits like emotional eating.  We can have clutter in our relationships when our inner circle is not supportive and we can waste a lot of energy on comparing ourselves that creates spiritual clutter. All of this clutter affects us not only personally but professionally as well.
