The Energetic Universe - March 19th 2020

Dear Friends, hope you are all healthy and in good spirit.  Sending you all lots of love and  light as it is especially important now to be standing in your own power  and remember that you are the one that is creating your own reality.   This week's podcast topic is The Energetic Universe.  I have been going  back to basics in the last few weeks because they are the building  blocks of our future.  There's nothing more basic than talking about  Energy.  We are all made up of various vibration of Energy.  We have  been clearing out the old structure and outmoded beliefs and time to  consciously choose the new structure you want to create in your life,  hence we need to get back to basic.
