Instead of going that route, Emily Sedgwick and her husband chose to explore the rural parts of Northern Thailand through a cycle tour from Bangkok to Chiang Rai. They enjoyed every part of their guided tour going through hills, riding narrow boats through mighty rivers and visiting local villages. Emily and her husband got to see the best Northern Thailand has to offer like ethical elephant sanctuaries and sumptuous local dishes. Since they were exploring Thailand by bike, they got to observe the local people and their surroundings even more.
