An update from me to you

I had to take last week off from recording to allow the show week to go ahead.    This week I am here to update you on all the exciting things that have been happening with us, there are updates from Little Dude and his exams, me and my training sessions, and some other fun times.    Check it out and let me know if you want me to cover any topics
