026: Handling Criticism From Massage Clients

All therapists are going to receive criticism at some point in their career - that's just the nature of the beast, we can't be everything to everyone - yet that doesn't make it any easier to receive negative comments about us or our work.  This episode was inspired by a struggle that one of Ali's Massage In The Real World students had. They, unfortunately, received some criticism, and it was adversely affecting them! They were taking it very personally!!! In this episode, we dive into how to handle receiving criticism.
