Midwifing Each Other to Presence: The Breakthrough with Alyssa and Francesca

In April, Alison created an experimental offering in which she invited a few of her existing clients to participate in, called Elevate. During this experience, Alison facilitated the group through Toad medicine work, which is a psychedelic, paired with intense breathwork. Two of the participants, Alyssa and Francesca, share their experience working with the medicine and the container. They share the transformation they’ve received that’s still very much unfolding for them, including relieving anxiety, experiencing a deep flow in their lives, and the development of their spirituality.They also share incredibly valuable insights around integration and for the importance of working with an aligned facilitator when working with Earth Medicine. Both Alyssa and Francesca participated in Alison’s Expand and Empower programs prior to this experience, and they discuss the importance of the healing work they did in those containers prior to this experience. “My soul literally came out of my body and stretched and I was grounded and connected from above. When I was put back together again, my brain was out. It was like by the fire out of my body. For me, that's a really important conscious reminder to think less and do with intuition, do with a level of presence and consciousness without thinking. The less I think, the more productive I am in my life, in my business.
