It is important that you have patience with yourself, your baby and the process of learning how to breastfeed. It is common for most new mothers to feel like you don’t know what you are doing and to feel some degree of a lack of confidence. More than likely, you are not giving yourself enough credit as you are in the learning phase of some pretty important new skills that you have never had the opportunity to practice before.
