23. UPDATE: Joey The Player: The US vs Jose Torres

In February 2020, prolific serial rapist and predator Jose Torres, AKA "Joey The Player" was arrested in Boston, MA and charged in federal court with three counts of Coercion and Enticement. Torres is alleged to have been raping and robbing sex workers in the northeastern United States for over a decade, and now awaits trial in New Jersey. Last Friday, there was a major development.  Federal law enforcement NEEDS OUR HELP to build the strongest possible case against this violent threat to the community.
