Floyd Abrams on the Fox-Dominion settlement

In a stunning 11th-hour settlement, just as opening arguments were set to start, Fox chose to cut a huge check, rather than face a jury, for knowingly lying about the Dominion Voting machine company and the 2020 US presidential election. Dominion’s CEO says it’s a big step forward for democracy. But Fox does not have to admit on its air that it defamed Dominion Voting Systems.
