The Nashville Metropolitan Council voted to reappoint Democratic Tennessee state Rep. Justin Jones back into his House district seat just days after the GOP-dominated House voted to expel him. Jones, along with Democratic State Reps. Justin Pearson and Gloria Johnson led a gun reform protest on the state House floor after a shooter killed six people, including three children, at the Covenant School in Nashville. Johnson survived the Republicans’ efforts by just one vote but Pearson was ousted. He joins AC360 to discuss his colleague being reinstated and if he expects to be sworn back in.  Plus, four people were killed and at least nine were injured after a shooter entered a bank in Louisville, Kentucky. CNN Correspondent Omar Jimenez gives AC360 an update on the ongoing investigation. To learn more about how CNN protects listener privacy, visit cnn.com/privacy Learn more about your ad choices.
