Trump co-defendant Harrison Floyd will remain in jail after judge said she won’t issue bond today

Former President Trump and his 18 co-defendants have all surrendered at the Fulton County jail before the noon deadline. One co-defendant, Harrison Floyd, was denied bond will remain in jail. Judge Emily Richardson told him that she wouldn’t be setting bond because Floyd had already been indicted and assigned to another judge who would address bond moving forward. The former president is accused of being the head of a “criminal enterprise” that was a broad conspiracy to reverse the 2020 election.
