Welcome to a vlog that starts at the GYM. Oh my god, that's a first. kind of. I know there's an oooold old episode on my channel from 2013 when I was at the same gym, but that was a long time ago. During the day I worked out at SATS with Emma and our awesome PT Petra, I clean, record a episode, spend time with the dogs, eat the most delicious burrito from "the good gringo", hang out with Charlotte and I try to take a funny picture with Anders.
