I had toooootally forgotten, and in the end of the episode when i tried the cake it was kind of late and I had such a toothache that the mud cake didn´t get a fair review. I tasted it the following day and damn, it was so good. Mud cake always hits home and the little chocolate nibs didn´t make the cake worse if you put i that way, hehehe. To make the mud cake you will need: (the ingridients where bought from mat.se and payed through Bonusway with a really good price, hähäää): 2,5 dl sugar 50 g roomtempetured milkfree margarine 1,5 dl almondmilk (or oats, soya, cashew, or whaterver you have) 4 tbsp cocoa 2,5 dl flour 1 tsp bakingpowder 1 tsp vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp salt chocolate nibs (optional) (+ breadcrumbs to prevent your cake from sticking to the form). How to do: 1. Put the oven on 150 degrees celsius (OBS! Don't just say you did it, but make shore you actually did it) 2. Mix sugar and the margarine together with one tbsp almondmilk. 3. Mix the dry ingrediens and add theese alternately with the rest of the milk to the mixture 4. Whisk throughly for a couple of minutes 5. Pour the chocolate nibs in to the batter and then pour the batter into a form. 6. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes 7: Let the cake cool before you serve it with some whipped cream, berries, but most importantly the unicorn decoration.
