Ryan West has a giant heart and has learned that adversity can be a gift. Shortly after joining the Navy, he would discover that he was growing at such a rapid pace that he was becoming a giant. After being diagnosed with a brain tumor and a rare form of giantism, Ryan faced mental and physical challenges. He turned to gratitude and helped other people find happiness and healing in the mist of adversity.
