Waiting on the Lord with Becki Wright

Arise with Christ - Podcast tekijän mukaan Anjuli Plouzek, Caralee Bailey - Tiistaisin

Becki Wright's life is guided by her faith in Jesus Christ, recognizing we’re all on the path back to our Savior, and without reservation, He welcomes each of us to come to Him. A devoted disciple of Christ, Becki finds grace knowing she’s usually figuring life out as she goes, and progress is measured in the heart. Her love for people transcends differences and celebrates the shared humanity within the family of God. She treasures her husband Jeff, four children, loyal dog, extended family, and dear friends. She believes there are two types of people in this world: those we love and those we just don’t know yet. With a background in stake and ward leadership, Becki currently serves the Young Women in her ward, finding joy in personal growth working alongside fellow disciples of Christ. Becki is passionate but tries not to take herself too seriously, even when she works on serious stuff, like founding @proximitycampaigns, a nonpartisan software company that strives to make politics more representative through a modern campaign management platform. She built Proximity to bring politics back to the people and help good leaders become great candidates. After growing up and living in diverse metropolitan areas like Seattle, Salt Lake, and San Diego, Becki completed her BA at BYU, MPA from the University of Utah, and is now part of the U's Master of Business Creation accelerator program. She’s worked as a Campaign Manager, Finance Director, Political Consultant, and is actively involved in community advocacy. Her involvement includes Community Council, Planning Commission, and serving on the board of UT Women Run, WLP's Bolder Way Forward, and the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors. Becki is a triathlete, traveler, theater enthusiast, musician, and doting parent.   The Temple and Your Spiritual Foundation by President Russell M.
