2020 is a Dumpster Fire

Kristina is coming in hot this week from her new dedicated podcast space this week, no thanks to her dad Steve finally getting her set up. Turns out she can be a little “les incompetente”. All joking aside, this week’s episode is all things real talk, and will probably go down as one of the toughest episodes to record. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 10 months we know 2020 has been a legit dumpster fire and Kristina gets honest about the challenges of mental health while dealing with so much negativity and adversity in the world. Despite such a rough go, she tries to find the silver lining in it all. But at the end of the day, it’s okay to not feel okay…. Sometimes we just have to feel it all.
