The Sparkling Train is feeling off. Noticing the Train seems a bit grouchy the engineer schedules a check up. Will the train feel better? Hello everyone!  We hope you enjoyed our new story this week. Now, welcome to Favorite Friday! Sometimes we like to listen to our favorites again. Please enjoy “Feeling Off” and we’ll be back with a new story on Monday! Narrator: Male Story Begins: 8:47 Feeling Off Excerpt: It was time for the sunset roll. The sun gave off a warm red glow against the darkening blue sky.  The sparkling train pulled out of its station and headed towards the forest.  It felt a little off.   The tracks seemed bumpy and uncomfortable, as if it were full of holes.  The train felt as if it were crawling along the tracks like a large snail.  The wheels felt creaky.  And the train’s engine didn’t hum, it clanked.  Even the sparkling paint seemed to lose its twinkle.   Every time the train stopped at a station, it wanted to stay for a rest rather than finish its route.  This was different, the train usually felt cheerful, strong, and comfortable on its tracks.  The train decided to ask the Speaker to see if it was time for some maintenance.  So the speaker checked, and reported back.  “The engineer says you’re not due for maintenance for another month.” Today’s Meditation: Feel calm and relaxed as you send kind energy to your heart.
