Leroy Lion practices roaring with the help of his friend Hana Hyena and learns that you don't have to be loud to be brave. Narrator: Male Story Begins: 4:37 Hear Me Roar! Excerpt: On a bright afternoon in the Ahway Island Animal Sanctuary, Leroy Lion leapt out of his cave, heading out into the grassy plains. He was going out today to practice being just like his dad. Leroy’s dad was very strong and brave. He had a very loud roar – one of the loudest roars in the whole world, Leroy believed. Leroy wanted to be just as brave and strong and loud as his dad.   Leroy knew he’d have to practice his roar a lot. He wanted his new, loud roar to be a big surprise for his dad. So in the afternoons, every day, Leroy traveled out from the family cave to a special spot to be alone and practice his mighty roar.   Today, Leroy weaved through the tall grasses of the plains to get to his special practice spot. He took the same path so often that the grass was starting to bend to form a path for him to walk through. Today’s Meditation: Imagine that you are a graceful willow tree in today's meditation.
