Sadie Seahorse counts down her 5 senses to help her relax when she's overwhelmed. Narrator: Female Story Begins: 3:53 5-4-3-2-1 Excerpt: On a sunny morning in the vibrant Ahway Island reef, the underwater community was bustling with life. Colorful fish darted between swaying coral towers, dolphins leaped in playful arcs, and even the tiny seashells seemed to dance in the gentle currents. The whole reef was buzzing with activity, from the busy chatter of the crabs rearranging their homes, to the melodious hum of the seashells clinking together. All of this liveliness was leading up to something special. Today, the creatures of the reef were having a big party to celebrate the beautiful day! Sadie Seahorse drifted close to the sandy seafloor as she watched the other creatures preparing for the grand party. Sadie loved the gentle feeling of the sand beneath her belly. It was her safety sand – a place where she felt calm and relaxed. Today’s Meditation: Relax as you imagine you are a baby penguin snuggled close to its papa.
