What You Do In the Beginning VS. The end of Bulimia Recovery

Binge Breakers - Bulimia Recovery - Podcast tekijän mukaan Jacqueline Davis, Bulimia & Weightloss Coach - Perjantaisin

What you do in recovery is not what you’ll do at the end of recovery or out of recovery.  The way you eat. The way you process emotions.  The way you handle urges and the difficulty level they feel like will change.  The thoughts you think, how you perceive things, the way you address life without your eating disorder will be different.    The problem is people think in the beginning of their recovery whatever they are doing, the good and the bad will be forever.   That they have to handle incredibly difficult urges every single day.    That they will always eat like they’ve just been starving for 12 months.    No… they won’t.So please listen to this episode if you’re worried that whatever you’re doing will be forever. It won’t and thinking that may create self-sabotage at the exact point where you need to keep going a little bit longer.   For more information on private coaching, group coaching, free resources, & more go to https://www.bingebreakers.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bingebreakers_bulimia/   DISCLAIMER This recording is not nor is intended to be utilized as medical advice or a medical diagnosis.
