Joe has achieved every personal and professional goal he’s set for himself through the application of the teachings of Dr. Hill, Abraham and Ester Hicks, Og Mandino, Earl Nightingale, Anthony Robbins, Sharon Lechter, Wayne Dyer, Dale Carnegie, John Maxwell, Norman Vincent Peale, Don Green, W. Clement Stone, Joel Osteen, Anthony Parinello, David J. Schwartz, Marta Hiatt and more. Joe was the founder, president and majority owner of a commercial Real Estate Investment & Development company, Florentine Holding Company, LLC, operating in in Florida, New Jersey, Virginia, and Georgia, USA. Under Joe’s direction, the company achieved over $100,000,000 in Real Estate acquisitions and sales from 2010 to 2018, in addition to building and operating a large Special Needs Housing business. In 2019, Joe retired from his Real Estate business with a new goal of giving back to others by sharing the success lessons he’s used throughout his life. He established Success Cornerstone, dedicated to helping people live a more successful life. In addition to being a licensed builder and realtor since 1979, Joe is the recipient of the Bersheba Award for best commercial development project, winner of the Anthony Robbins Salesmanship Award and a certified instructor with The Napoleon Hill Foundation. Joe was co-founder of Safe Kids International, dedicated to helping to locate and recover missing children, and co-inventor of the Internet Emergency Broadcast System, the foundation of the current Amber Alert system.
