I started my "lawyering" in small claims cases and immediately noticed a problem - people and businesses representing themselves were losing cases they should win, mostly because they didn't know what they were doing. So I started coaching and teaching clients the rules, procedures, tips, and tricks in Small Claims Court. But it was difficult to schedule the meetings, keep them concise, and charge a reasonable fee that made sense for the case. I am the founder of Small Claims Academy, a company that provides people and businesses tools to help them succeed in small claims cases.
