My next guest is Jordan Miller. Jordan has trained at Gold's Gym (Austin Downtown) for several years and has a degree in exercise science. As a NASM certified personal trainer, he helps many to achieve a better life through fitness. But most importantly, he was my personal trainer for over a year and helped me to reach new levels in my fitness.
