I hate when people simply say to be positive, but this is one of the most powerful things you can do to improve your life. I try and tackle this issue the right way by drawing from faith, science, and my own experiences.
At the end of the day, if you are living your days in positive expectation, you’ll be able to actually persist enough to achieve difficult outcomes (eg land a solid job through career change). If you dwell on the negative, you will slow down unnecessarily. It’s that simple.
