Crime Stories with Nancy Grace - Podcast tekijän mukaan iHeartPodcasts and CrimeOnline

Desmond Carter, 17, and Kaivon Deondre Washington, 18,  charged with third-degree rape in the death of LSU student Madison Brooks.   Everette Lee, 28, and Casen Carver, 18, are charged with principal to third-degree rape. This means they were present when the incident occurred but did not take part.  Police say LSU student Madison Brooks was killed after being hit by a car. Brooks was standing in the road at the time, but why?  Police say Brooks left a Tigerland bar with four men. Two of the men, then allegedly rape the very inebriated 19-year-old and video the assault.  When Brooks cannot give the men her address, she is dropped off around 3 a.m. in a random neighborhood. That is when Brooks is hit by the car. That driver showed no signs or evidence of being impaired. The men claim the sex was consensual, but hospital staff says Brooks' blood alcohol level was nearly 4 times the legal limit.    An attorney for Brooks family says a leaked video clip of LSU student Madison Brooks arguing with her alleged rapists is “hurtful and shameful.”  The footage, taken by one of the men, was released by their defense attorneys.   Nancy Grace and Atlanta attorney and LSU grad Renee Rockwell discuss the latest. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
