A shockingly low number of nurses, midwives and doctors have entered the country. That's despite changes to the immigration green list last year aimed to plug skilled labour shortages. Out of 200 healthcare workers granted residency, most were already here and only one has entered the country. Questions have been asked as to whether has anything changed.
