Nick Leggett: Transporting NZ CEO says he's heartened to see the Government commitment to restoring roads

The trucking sector says transport decisions are never a black and white either/or situation. Newstalk ZB's newsroom yesterday revealed officials were thrashing out a plan to put emissions reduction as their top priority. Hours later, the Government announced the focus would instead be on rebuilding the roading network, following Cyclone Gabrielle.
