Paul Brislen: Telecommunications Forum CEO on the theft of generators in Gisborne and Hawkes Bay

Thefts of generators are being blamed for delays in restoring communications to Gisborne and Hawke's Bay. Telecommunications Forum Chief Executive Paul Brislen told Kate Hawkesby that at least half a dozen have been stolen over the past couple of days.
