Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!!

Today I'm doing an on-air coaching call with one of my past clients from The Foot Traffic Formula, Cecilia Mannella.  Cecilia is the owner of Eterna Counselling, a brick and mortar counseling agency.  She recently separated from her business partner and is going solo.   Stacy coaches Cecilia on how to succeed during this big transition in her business.

“We hired someone to come in and put systems in place…” at 4:52 Stacy explains how in her own brick and mortar she hired someone to come in and put systems in place.   She shares what happened with the majority of the staff that was in place.   She stresses why systems are so important in your business.

“How do I train someone to be the technician…” at 6:00 Cecilia talks to Stacy about how she wants to expand her business and asks her for coaching on how to move someone into an administrative position.  Stacy shares tips on how she works with administrative staff in her brick and mortar.

“It's ok if people just aren't the right fit anymore…” at 16:40 Stacy coaches Cecilia on what to do when you have people on your team that are not the right fit anymore.

"What would you say to someone listening..." at 26:40 Cecilia shares her experiences in the Foot Traffic Formula.     Make sure to listen about her results and follow her on social media to see her journey through Powerhouse 2020!!
