Denise Boomkens is truly disrupting ageist stereotypes. You see her compassion, curiosity and drive to change the current view of society on aging through her photographs and stories on her Instagram channel And.Bloom. She is a professional photographer. She is incredibly creative. She’s an artist and a creator.  In her 20s, she started out as an international fashion model who traveled the globe and delved into the world of beauty and fashion. She traveled from Tokyo to New York loving every minute of her jet set life and took photographs of the amazing people she encountered. In her 40s she created AndBloom to be an age-positive community where she photographs women over 40 who are beautiful, real women to capture this amazing journey of aging.
