3.2 Test your perspective and message

Sometimes you need to build trust in your intentions before you start the journey (see previous episode). And perhaps you also need time to mature your understanding of the journey and your resolve for it. Here is a simple way to do it: walk around the shop floor and talk from your heart about your hopes and longings.
