What is one fun fact about you that not that many people know? I’m terrible at guitar, and I can’t get better no matter how much I try it. It never goes beyond a certain poor level and I’m so frustrated by it. 2. Who inspires you the most and why? I mean, Elizabeth to begin with is just amazing. We’ve been married 20 years. She puts up with all of my stuff, so that’s inspiring on its own. But, I have a lot of good friends that I didn’t used to have. I used to have a lot of good acquaintances, but not close friends. Now, I have a lot of close friends. That really inspires me with the way that their marriages are and the way that they treat people. It’s just seems like the quality of people in my life has gone up in the last five to 10 years 3. What books are you reading now or have read and loved that you’d recommend? Dumbing Us Down by John Taylor Gatto 4. What is one actionable tip or piece of advice that you can tell our moms out there to help them on their financial independence journey? I don’t wanna presume that people have time to do certain things, but what I will say is when we were in full-time jobs and I wasn’t making very much. We started our business and here’s the thing that we did. I think this is what set us apart. We started a business and we didn’t know what we were going to make. But, what we said was we are going live off of my salary. We are not going change our lifestyle whatever we make, whether it’s a thousand dollars or a hundred thousand dollars, we are going use it to pay down our debt. Our debt went down quicker. That would be my recommendation, if you can swing it. Start a business to get yourself in financial shape.
