In today’s show, I’m going to take you inside of a weight loss journey freak-out moment. I think we have all been there if we’re honest. I know that I have. And to be honest, navigating these moments is hard. And for some of us, feels impossible. And sometimes, these freak-out moments, and our inability to navigate them well, or our lack of practice with navigating these moments, will take us out of the game. The reason why we lose that initial 10-20 Ibs, we have one of these moments and we stop. We think we can’t do it and we stop and we start again. We keep losing those same pounds over and over again. So today I’m taking you inside one of those moments. It happened with one of my clients I’m going to tell you how we navigated it, how we got her out of .that freak-out moment and then back on the path to consistent action and results.
