I think the spiritual coaching world would be a much better place if all coaches just regularly shared what their definitions or understandings are of the things they speak of, instead of just expecting people to understand it. So, here's my definition of the two terms so you know. And of course, the last and final part of this episode talk about how the two things fit in to a Muslim lifestyle and how to approach it.
