16. Behind Every Success is a Man AND a Woman - Dr. Madlena Kantscheff

Very early in her childhood, she realised that the only chance to be self-sufficient and not dependant on anyone is to be educated. She obtained her doctor‘s title at the early age of 23. At the age of 30, she found herself opening a dental practice in a foreign country-Germany. From 1991 until 2011 she served from her heart 7000 patients until she then sold her practice in 2011 to follow her life’s purpose and choosing to live according to her heart rather than her head. She does this now as a High-Performance and Mindset Mentor,  showing female leaders how to magnetise a life, a career, and/or business that allows them to also operate from their heart over their head. As you’ll hear, Madlena’s passion for helping leaders step into their power and femininity is almost overwhelming, that’s how much she cares and certainly this level of self awareness and self prioritisation is very much needed in the world right now. Madlena has one of the most interesting life stories I’ve had the pleasure of listening to so I think you’ll find this episode as eye-opening as I did.
