Philip Webb is the Founder and MD of Investors In Community which is a digital SAS platform built using blockchain technology that enables businesses and individuals to donate, volunteer and gift to charity and community initiatives that matter to them.  It provides access to many good causes, empowering the donor and their friends, and from a business perspective, it gives the power to measure; report on and deliver positive marketing messages to a business’ team and customers. Philip built his first business to £6.4 million in 4 years and was mentored by one of business managements finest minds and creator of the SWOT analysis - Albert Humphrey. Together, Philip and Albert Humphrey turned around and grew dozens if not hundreds of businesses using Albert’s signature change management methodology which he left to Philip to continue his legacy when he passed away. Philip has since turned Albert’s lifes work into a book: ‘Leading constant change’ and continues to pass on Albert’s wisdom and legacy by still teaching their methods to a few lucky clients as well as mentoring me, teaching me how to apply their team action management system in the new businesses I am acquiring.
