Ron Koenigsberg is a highly successful real estate broker with several decades of experience in sales and service. He is the founder and owner of American Investment Properties, Inc., a New York-based commercial real estate brokerage firm and recipient of the 2017 Long Island Business News Commercial Broker of the Year.  Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from American University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He was honored to be recognized in 2015 as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) by the CCIM Institute, an elite designation held by only six percent of commercial real estate practitioners.
