Written in Stone

When the Israelites gathered at Mt. Sinai, the Lord established a covenant with them. This covenant included the giving of the Ten Commandments, which were written by the finger of God onto two tablets of stone. Later when Jesus walked the earth, the Jews were so involved with keeping the letter of the Law, they missed the most important aspect of loving God and loving other people. Today we will see how Jesus' words compare to the Law given on the mount.
