Am I suggesting everyone should include a pixelated, digital jpeg of a tree as part of their investment portfolio?! No But I do feel there's something about where NFT's are going that we in the finance-space should take notice of. It's not just about the SPPED of transformation that's relevant here (there was over $23b of trading volume of NFT's in 2021!). It's more about the VELOCITY of change (speed + direction). So where's all this all going? NFT-Insurance, fractionalised home ownership, collateralising everything, authenticating everything...
