She also taught financial literacy to inner-city youth in NYC at the DREAM Organization for 5 years where she led the development of the DREAM Scholarship Fund. Tadia went on to become an early employee at Gingerbread Capital, a family office venture capital fund that invests in female founders and female fund managers at the seed stage and beyond.  An avid tech investor and startup advisor, Tadia is known for her ability to bring big visions to life through disciplined business execution and strong partnerships.
