In this podcast is about scope management and requierments. Scope is defined in terms of products a project produces and the work requiered to produce it. Howeve the products and their complexity are often defined by the requierments. If the requierments change then the products change too. In this podcast we discuss the linkages between requierments definition and scope management. It is important to recongiase that the two are closly inter rleated and understand the linkages betwen the two. The APMP assessment criteria covered in this podcast include
