Queensland private psychiatric hospital closes its doors after half a century

In the latest blow to Australia's private care sector, the doors of Brisbane's Toowong Private Hospital are set to close tomorrow. The hospital fell into voluntary administration late last month with the Australian Private Health Association blaming the closure on delayed funding negotiations with private insurers.
