Christina, Ryan and Jamie are joined by two guests this week. Mike Brown gives us his side of the story on his departure from Quins and how he felt let down by the process after 16 years of service to the club. We're then joined by England's Maggie Alphonsi to preview the final round of the Women's Six Nations and hear her incredible story of overcoming hurdles to become one of the most decorated players in the game.
