As UK Independent electronic music label Selador Recordings approaches its 10th anniversary, preparations to mark the occasion are well underway. The imprint was started by Dave Seaman & Steve Parry back in 2013 and has been at the forefront of club culture for the last decade, bringing its mantra of quality House and Techno and all shades in-between to clubbers and music fans around the globe. The label’s distinctive rabbit head logo has become a byword for genuine quality and consistency in a saturated marketplace - so it’s only fitting that fate has decreed that the birthday coincides with the Year of the Rabbit. Selador are planning a series of celebratory releases befitting of this milestone, with an array of artists who’ve appeared on the label over the last decade being invited to collaborate on tracks together. It’s an impressive list which showcases the respect in which original Acid House Lifers Dave and Steve are held. As per with Selador, it’s a truly international affair, with every continent represented. The mouth-watering partnerships include: 3D (Danny Howells, Darren Emerson, Dave Seaman) x Robert Owens Olivier Giacomotto x Quivver Jepe x Argia Anthony Pappa x Jamie Stevens x Alice Rose Dave Seaman x Hernan Cattaneo Steve Parry x Renato Cohen Just Her x Smash TV Tokyo Fan Club x Hannes Bieger Oona Dahl x Doc Martin Timo Maas x Robert Babicz Zoo Brazil x Circulation …with more to be added very soon. And of course, there will be parties, the label’s raison d’etre. Following previous events at the likes of Space & Pikes in Ibiza, Watergate in Berlin and ADE in Amsterdam, the label's 10th birthday party will be in London at Studio 338 on Easter Sunday, in partnership with the team behind the highly respected Warm Up festival. The inimitable Hernán Cattáneo is jetting in specially to play an exclusive London set, joining Steve & Dave, long time cornerstone of the label Just Her, and the mighty Warm Up residents. Come join us. Selador Recordings - Acid House forever!
