But luckily, outstanding individuals like our very own Veteran Voices host Mary Kate Soliva are taking action to eradicate these harmful practices around the world. In this episode, Scott chats with Mary about the Guam Human Rights Initiative, which she co-founded in January of this year to address human rights issues through scholarly research and by enabling locally-grown scholars.
