Susan has dedicated the last 35 years of her career to developing great leaders and healthy organizations where the business and its people can grow and thrive. Susan’s career began at Hewlett-Packard where she held global marketing services as well as talent and organisation development roles. After her stint at HP, she led Gap Inc.’s talent management team. From there, she joined Deloitte where she led the design and development of Deloitte University. She was also once the SVP of talent at Yahoo! Today Susan focuses on developing leaders at every level especially women leaders. She is also leading an initiative to achieve gender parity at executive levels in organisations. Susan is also a leader in Stanford’s Designing Your Life Lab, teaching designing your life to students and leading the designing your life for women in business. Susan is the author of a commentary on executive education for Harvard business review and co-author of “Hewlett‐Packard Takes the Waste Out of Leadership” for the Journal of Organisational Excellence.
