The OP lived across the street from a very mean bully. For 10 years, this bully treated them terribly, constantly harassing them whenever they were outside or going somewhere. A deep grudge was embedded into the OP, and when they got older, they created a 3 phase plan to get back at their tormenter, which just may go down as some of the meanest revenge yet.
