Obviously only as much as y'all are willing to share, but I hear from people every day about why they are looking to leave their jobs because of everything that COVID has done to the healthcare world, so I'm also just interested to see her perspective on all of that too. Recruiting for it has been mentally and emotionally exhausting, so I can literally only imagine what it has been like on the patient care side of things.
